Wine aficionados Andy and Debi Weisman wanted a modern wine cellar design in Florida. They chose the outside patio to set up the wine cellar as their 20th anniversary presents to each other. Mr. Weisman wanted his collection of Red Bordeaux and vintage wines mounted around the back and with the labels in view instead of the corks.
Wine Cellars International president Jake Duquette and his team knew exactly what to do. A solid mahogany racking and Chicago brick ceiling are among the wine cellar’s highlights. The wine bottles are pitched at 13% angle around the stunning table at the center. This position keeps the cork wet and the labels completely visible.
